Empowering veterans & civilians with new technical skills

We are a social project teaching drone building, electronics, and soldering. The drones built are handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces for surveillance, reconnaissance, and intelligence missions.

What we do?
Collecting matherials

100% of your donation are used to buy drone parts for the workshops in bulk and negotiate discounts with suppliers.

Running workshops

Participants learn essential skills such as electronics basics and soldering during the workshops.

Testing drones

We test the assembled drones, including basic flight missions.

Sending drones

After completion, the drones are donated to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces in surveillance, reconnaissance, and other missions.

Q&A
How can I get involved?
As of now, we have a telegram chat to coordinate the Ukrainian community. For foreigners (English and Portuguese speakers), we are planning a Whatsapp community chat. The best way to get involved is to donate money for a kit or a part of it, as well as to come to the event and try to assemble your own drone from the components that will be provided.
Do I need to have any skills or tools?
All the necessary tools will be provided, no skills are required to participate - the organizers and mentors will teach everything during the event. However, if you know how to solder or are good at electronics, we will be happy to have you participate in the assembly of the drones and join the organizers' team as a mentor.
What does a drone assembly event consist of?
First, we give a mini-lecture on soldering techniques and allow you to solder test boards and cables. After that, the actual drone assembly phase begins, which consists mostly of measuring the size of the cables, cutting off the excess and soldering them into the flight controller board. All the necessary tools will be available provided by the organizers, but you are welcome to bring your own tools or share them. The main tools that will be needed during the assembly:
What happens after the drone is assembled?
The first step is to check the soldering condition of the batteries, motors, and other elements of the drone. After that, the drone is reprogrammed with the latest software versions. The next weekend after the drones are assembled, if the weather conditions are suitable, the assembled drones are flight tested. If no problems were noticed during all these tests, the drone is ready to be sent to a military unit in Ukraine.
When will I be able to see the photo/video report with the drone I assembled/donated?
After all the drones are assembled, checked for proper soldering, and tested in flight, they are shipped to Ukraine. The average logistics time takes 2 weeks to Ukraine and up to two more weeks within Ukraine. Therefore, expect a report from the relevant military unit after this period, which we will post on social media and in the relevant chats.
